高龄妊娠究竟有什么危害呢？

1.首先生育力下降是最明显的。随着年纪的增加，卵子和精子质量都会呈下降的趋势，怀孕的难度增加。英国有报道称，35岁女性生育能力仅为25岁时的50%，到40岁下降到35岁的50%。并且流产的风险与20多岁相比增加了3倍。

2.并发症发病率增加。高龄产妇患妊娠糖尿病，妊娠高血压、先兆子痫，流产，前置胎盘，早产或者产后出血的可能性增加。如果未及时控制，很可能导致胎儿宫内生长发育迟缓，胎停育，难产率，围产儿死亡率，以及感染的几率也随之升高。

3.产后抑郁的情况加重。年龄越大身体激素水平很可能出现异常，再加上生产的风险增加，或家庭生活的压力，未及时得到疏导，往往加重产后抑郁的程度，增加产后恢复的难度。

4.遗传性疾病的风险增加。据相关统计，母亲生育年龄不超过30岁者，其孩子出生缺陷率为5.93%，大于30岁者，其孩子出生缺陷率为7.71%，大于35岁者，缺陷率更高。宝宝患唐氏综合征的风险也是20多岁的10倍。

女性的最佳生育年龄是24-29岁，最晚最好不要超过35岁，什么晚婚晚育的观点，从生理学的角度来讲是不科学的。

在最佳的年龄段生育有哪些优点？

1.这个年龄的生殖器官，骨骼已经发育成熟，生殖功能处于最旺盛的时期，胎儿发生流产，早产，畸形的几率也会比较低。

2.软产道伸展性好，子宫收缩力强，难产几率小，发生妊娠事故的风险也会小很多。

3.血管处于最年轻的状态，充满弹性，舒张因子和收缩因子都处于平衡的状态，发生妊娠高血压的风险要比年纪大的高龄产妇低很多。
