避免长期暴露于高温、毒物和放射线等有害环境。

2. 在饮食方面，可多吃精氨酸食物，可以有效提高精子活力。

比如海参、鳝鱼、泥鳅、墨鱼及芝麻、山药、豆腐皮、银杏、冻豆腐、花生仁、葵花籽、榛子等；

干预治疗方法

1. 在专业男科医生的指导下，治疗相关身体疾病，比如使用维生素治疗生殖腺体感染和炎症，手术治疗精素静脉曲张等。
